Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If any items in your order are affected, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Cocktail Craft Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have left our facility. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after 1 hour of placing the order.
